This training aims to support public servants and government stakeholders at local, regional, and national levels in understanding the core principles of circular construction and the role of digital tools in creating more sustainable, efficient and resource-responsible building practices.

- An introduction to circular economy principles in the construction sector
- An overview of key EU regulatory frameworks, including End-of-Waste criteria, Green Public Procurement (GPP), and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)
- Best practices and pilot examples from across Central Europe
- Insights into how digitalisation and data can support transparency, traceability, and circularity in construction
- Tools for decision-makers, including digital product passports and construction material databases
This training is particularly relevant for municipal officials, regional development agencies, ministries, and sectoral authorities involved in public construction, procurement, urban development, sustainability, or innovation policy.
